Course Description 

Reiki…

• is a clinically tried and tested healing technique widely accepted and used regularly throughout the world that promotes peace, balance, stress reduction and immune support.

Originally designed for advanced Therapeutic Massage students this Reiki training will provide you with a thorough knowledge and practical application of the ancient, yet widely accepted practice of Reiki. These two- thirty hour courses include detailed, comprehensive Reiki instruction and experience that go well beyond the basics of Reiki, providing a deeper understanding of this tradition including:

• Understanding the blueprint and function of energy systems of the body.
• How to define areas of need in both the physical and energetic body-field.
• How to help prevent illness and speed recovery.
• Gaining a deeper knowledge of yourself and how you/others experience energy.
• How to support yourself and others energetically.
• Understanding the legal and ethical issues of using Reiki on others.
• Creating and building a Reiki practice.
• Gaining a more detailed understanding of Reiki tenants and symbols.
• Obtaining hours of practical Reiki experience with real clients in a safe, clinical, teaching setting!
• Quality and professional training in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with great energy!
• Completion of an unbelievable thirty hours in each Level for 60 total hours! (Qualified massage and other therapists may receive continuing education)

Objectives  
Participants will receive Reiki attunements in preparation for practicing Reiki. Participants will learn the history and origins of Reiki. Participants will practice receiving and giving a complete Reiki protocol. Participants will learn and demonstrate all hand positions used in a typical Reiki session and will be taught ethical considerations, indications and contraindications for using Reiki. This class will provide students with everything they need to give Reiki to themselves and others. You may take one or both levels.

Prerequisite
No prerequisite for the Reiki I course, You must be a Reiki I practitioner to take the Reiki II course.

About Your Instructor
Randi Eaton, LMBT, MET is a Reiki master and has been teaching Reiki and other energy modalities privately and publicly for over 16 years. She has developed several in-depth Reiki courses providing one of the most comprehensive Reiki training programs available.

Notes
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweater or layers to accommodate temperature changes.

Cancellation Policy  
Rising Heart Education reserves the right to cancel class due to inclement weather, inadequate class attendance or emergency. In this case a full refund will be given. Full refund will also be granted if you notify at least a week before class date of your need to cancel (or by our discretion based on emergency needs). Half refund with at least 24 hours notification. No refunds granted within 24 hours before class or for no-shows.
