Rising Heart Education is pleased to offer a Reiki I class Saturday, May 5, 2012. This one day course teaches the Reiki Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki opens and accelerates our natural ability to heal, creating space for balance and wellness. This course is a hands-on experience and an opportunity to reawaken one’s own natural healing ability through the Reiki attunement process. This course teaches students specific Reiki techniques to relieve stress and pain, accelerate healing, stimulate the immune system and balance the subtle body energies. Students learn how to use Reiki with other therapeutic modalities.
